These terms and conditions must be abided by when using our website and the services associated with it (including services, apps, and software). All of the clauses mentioned in this contract shall be applied to all the services we offer, without exception. Please read the terms and conditions meticulously before utilizing our platform. If you do not agree to any clause/term, please do not use our platform.

Our Commitment Statement

BEEBUSH was created with the idea to bring people throughout the world together and create an online community for everyone who wants to be involved. To make this happen, the terms and conditions within this contract have been created in order to protect ourselves and to ensure that users have the best possible experience while using our services.

Personalizing your experience:

Your interactions on BEEBUSH are completely unique. All content is different for each user, from the content you see, to the events you are invited to, to the ads that pop up in your server. We will try to match these things based on past activities and preferences to provide content that appeal to you.

Connecting with others:

One of our main goals is to help build a community by having you interact with the things and people that interest you. This includes individuals, businesses, and organizations that you have shown interest in, or that we feel you may have an interest in based on your personal preferences.

Express yourself:

BEEBUSH lets you express who you are by allowing you to share things like text, pictures and video, status updates, live messenger with groups and individuals, creating videos and events, and content created by yourself and others. You can share these things with other people you are connected to on BEEBUSH to show the world what kinds of things matter to you.

Discovering new services:

The sponsored content on BEEBUSH is to introduce you to new content, services, products, or ideas that you may not have been aware of before and may like. The content you will see is from other entities that use BEEBUSH as well.

Protecting our community:

When using BEEBUSH, your safety is our top priority. We are always on the lookout for harmful content, whether it comes from the misuse of our product, spam, or another member behaving inappropriately. While we try to be vigilant and catch these things first, sometimes an instance will get past us. If you feel unsafe or harassed while using our services, please contact customer service and report the issue so steps can be taken to remedy the situation.

Advanced technology use for superior service:

In the future, certain advanced technologies like artificial intelligence might be put in place for use on BEEBUSH to make your user experience more safe and fun, and also to allow people to access our services from nearly anywhere in the world, using a variety of different servers.

Making connections between our users and our advertisers:

Using our services help bridge the gap between users and advertisers. Ads might be targeted at you based on your personal likes and preferences, and also based on your search history in the hopes that you discover products and services that appeal to you.

Commitments to our services

In order to hold true to our mission statement and continue to bring you excellent content and service, we need our users to agree to make the following commitments while using our services.

User information and conditions

In order to provide a safe and harmonious experience on BEEBUSH, and to limit the amount of spam or false accounts, our users must:

• Use only your real name.
• Give accurate and correct personal information to us.
• Should have one active account at a time.
• Keep your account safe by not sharing your information or access to your account with others.

While our platform is very inclusive, the following people are not allowed to use our services:

• Children under the age of 13.
• Convicted sex offender, and persons intending to make contact with children under age 18.
• Persons who have previously had their account deleted or suspended due to violations of our terms and conditions policies.
• Anyone with the intent to harass, spams, or annoy other BEEBUSH users.

Content and Activity Rules

While we aim for BEEBUSH to be an interactive platform for our users to freely express themselves, there are some limits to the content that can be shared. These limitations are so BEEBUSH can maintain ethical principles and create a safe space for its users, and for the well-being of the community as a whole. By using our services, you agree not to engage in or support others engaging in the following actions:

• Post content or advertising that violates our terms and conditions.
• Post content or advertising that is against the law or fraudulent
• Post content or advertising that advocated hate-speech or discrimination
• Post content or advertising that violates the rights of others.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other types of software that may harm or disable other user’s accounts or servers.
• Collect or access data that you do not have express permission to use.

Permissions

By using our services, you are agreeing to grant us the following permissions:

Content permission: The content that you create and upload to BEEBUSH is entirely yours, and the content will remain yours upon uploading to our servers. You have the freedom share your content with whomever you please. However, in order to provide our services, we need to have some degree of legal permission to use said content.

This means that anything that you upload, post, or share that is copy written or trademarked materials, or materials that have intellectual property rights like videos or pictures, is allowed by us to be used on our servers. The permission given to us is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferrable. You also agree that you allow us to modify, display publically, copy, or use your content in any way that we see fit while you retain all rights to the original content.

Identification permission:

By using our services, you are giving us permission to use identifying information, including your name and pictures, as well as information regarding your interactions with advertisements while on our servers. This information may be shared with other advertisers to help create ads that are of interest to you. You agree that this information will be shared without compensation to you.

Software Update Permission

By using our services and downloading our software, you are agreeing to give us permission to install additional features like upgrades and updates, in order to bring you the most developed and improved version of our services.

Limitations

Content covered by intellectual property rights used on our servers is retained for use solely by BEEBUSH. This coverage does not extend to our users. Examples of this content include videos, images, or any other content created by an individual or entity that is protected by a copyright or trademark, or other form of legal rights. You may only use our protected content if given sole express permission by BEEBUSH or the content creator. Permission must be in written form, or under an Open Exposure license, and will be applied to any protected work’s original content, modification, or other changes to its original form.

Updates

In an effort to keep our services new and relevant, we often make improvements to our services and features. The terms and conditions outlined in this contract are liable to change along with our improvements in order to stay accurate. We will make every effort to contact you before these changes are made so you can review them before they become binding. Once the terms have gone into effect, your continued use of our services is a binding agreement to follow these new terms and conditions. 

Suspension or termination

BEEBUSH should be a safe and welcoming place for our users to share their content and their ideas. We monitor our services as best as we can to make sure that our policies are being observed so that everyone can have a good experience on BEEBUSH.

If our terms and conditions are violated in any way or for any reason, your account and your access to our services may be suspended or terminated. This is to protect the well-being and the harmony of the rest of our users. Your account may also be suspended or terminated if you expose BEEBUSH to anything risky or illegal, such an uploading malware or the harassment of other users. You will be notified of your account suspension or termination when you try to access your account.

Limited liability

We are proud of the products and services that we provide on BEEBUSH, and our commitment to making the rules and guidelines clear and easy to understand. We would like to state here that our services are “as is” and there are no guarantees to the users that their accounts and associated services will always remain secure and will function without error or delays. We offer no warranties with our services, nor do we offer warranties that extend to our advertisers or affiliated. We have no control over third-party policies pertaining to their services, nor can we be held responsible any damage caused by the actions of other users that may be offensive or inappropriate.

We also cannot be held accountable from any issues that occur while using our services, and we will in no way be liable for any damages, monetary or otherwise, that may arise from using our services. You use our services at your own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
